Blood Orange olive oil cake with a Blood Orange Swiss meringue buttercream and its Blood Orange Curd. Topped with dried fruits, local organic flowers, and crushed nuts. 

Does not contain nuts inside the cake. If you have a nut allergy, please make note of this when checking out.

We are celebrating blood orange with this recipe. It is the season after the all! For the sponge, I mainly use my uncle’s olive oil from New Zealand, which marries itself perfectly with the Blood Orange. The curd adds that perfect tanginess that is then followed by the Swiss meringue that is my favorite kind of buttercream. It’s light and not too sweet, just as it should be. Bon appétit!

1/4 sheet cake fully covered serves 18 to 24 people

1/2 sheet cake fully covered serves 36 to 48 people

Set of 8 Mini Cakes come in 2 10"x10" boxes and are all the same flavor, decorated individually. Each mini cakes measures 3" in diameter and 5" in height.
