Our take on a fluffy and delicious Victoria Sponge Cake!
This single-tier (two layer) Victoria Sponge Cake has Strawberry-Rose Jam and a Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream in the center, and is fully covered with a Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream. This cake comes with the whimsical piped edges as seen in the image above, which give the cake a beautiful and fun look!
We top this cake with dehydrated fruit slices and it's decorated with one of my favorite flowers, Butterfly Ranunculus. Please keep in mind, this cake does not come topped with fresh strawberries as seen in the image above.
This cake comes in a 12" x 12" x 6" (h) box, so we recommend coming to pick up with an Uber or car available.
